Tour Overview

This 7-day Cultural Uzbekistan Tour begins in Nukus with an unforgettable journey to the Aral Sea region, continues through the historic old cities of Khiva and Bukhara, includes a scenic cultural route through the Nuratau Mountains, and finishes in Samarkand. The program combines ecological history, UNESCO-style architectural heritage, sacred sites, desert landscapes, mountain villages, traditional bazaars, and major monuments such as Ichan-Kala, the Ark Citadel, Kalyan Complex, Registan Square, Gur-e Amir, Bibi Khanum Mosque, and the Afrasiyab Museum.

Tour Plan

Arrival at Nukus Airport and transfer to the Aral Sea region. Guests explore the former seabed, desert landscape, ship remains, and learn about the environmental history and restoration efforts connected with the Aral Sea. After the long excursion, the group arrives at the hotel in Khiva around 10:00-11:00 PM for check-in and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel from 07:00 to 08:30. At 09:00, start the city tour inside the Ichan-Kala architectural complex, including Ismail Khodja Mausoleum, Mohammed Amin Khan Madrasah, Kunya-Ark Castle, Kalta Minor Tower, Tash-Hovli Palace, Pahlavan Mahmud Mausoleum, and Juma Mosque. Overnight in Khiva.

After breakfast, transfer from Khiva to Bukhara through the Kyzylkum Desert and rural landscapes. Guests experience the authentic scenery of Central Asia on the way to one of Uzbekistan’s most historic cities. Overnight in Bukhara.

Breakfast at the hotel from 07:00 to 08:30. At 09:00, begin the Bukhara old town city tour, visiting the Samanid Mausoleum, Chashma Ayub, Bolo-Hauz Mosque, Ark Citadel, Kalyan Minaret, Kalyan Mosque, Miri Arab Madrasah, trading bazaar area, Nodir-Divan-Beghi Madrasah, and Lyabi-Khauz complex. Overnight in Bukhara.

Transfer from Bukhara to the Nuratau Mountains with visits to important sacred and cultural sites. The route includes Chashma Complex and Juma Mosque, Uchum Village, Chinar Place, and the Nuratau Sacred Hills. Guests experience mountain landscapes, pilgrimage heritage, rural lifestyle, and panoramic views before continuing to Samarkand. Overnight in Samarkand.

Breakfast at the hotel from 07:00 to 08:30, then start a full-day city tour in Samarkand. Visits include Gur-e Amir Mausoleum, Registan Square with Ulugbek, Shir-Dor, and Tillya-Kori madrasahs, Bibi Khanum Mosque, and the Afrasiyab Museum. Overnight in Samarkand.

Early breakfast at 06:30. Check out from the hotel and transfer to the international airport. End of the tour.
