I’ve worked in tourism for over 7 years, taking on many different roles connected to developing and promoting travel in Uzbekistan. I’ve been part of the classification of family-run guesthouses and represented Uzbekistan’s tourism sector at international events — among them the Adventure Travel World Summit 2022 in Switzerland, the Antalya Tourism Fair 2023 in Turkey, and the Tashkent International Tourism Fair.

I was also one of the organizers of Tashkent Travel Mart, an international B2B exhibition that brings together travel professionals from around the world. For my contribution to tourism in Uzbekistan, I was honored with the “Turizm Fidoyisi” badge.

Yet behind all these projects, one thing has always mattered most to me — a genuine love for travel. I’m originally from Khiva, one of the oldest and most remarkable cities in Uzbekistan. Perhaps that’s why I’ve felt a deep connection to our country’s history, culture, and heritage since childhood.
I love to travel because every journey fills me with new emotions, impressions, and knowledge. We always come back a little changed — with a fresh way of seeing the world, and ourselves.

Uzbekistan is a country of extraordinary history, culture, and tradition, and I want more people around the world to discover this remarkable place. My goal isn’t just to organize trips, but to help guests feel the true soul of Uzbekistan — and take home memories they’ll want to return to, again and again.

I speak English, Russian, Uzbek, and Turkmen, but what I enjoy most is simply connecting with people. I love meeting someone new, listening to their stories, and discovering how people live in different parts of the world. Travel is the best teacher I know: every journey changes the way you see both the world and yourself.

Whenever I return from a trip abroad, I realize just how much I love my country. I come home with gratitude and a quiet sense of pride in everything we have: a rich culture, living traditions, and deep respect for what our grandparents passed down to us.

There are so many places in Uzbekistan I would love to show visitors and so many traditions I would love to share. But a Khorezm wedding holds a special place in my heart. Its rituals, music, atmosphere, and energy are truly unique.

You will not experience these traditions in quite the same way anywhere else in the country, and they always leave a lasting impression on our guests.
