Tashkent – Samarkand – Bukhara – Kyzyl-Kum desert –  Khiva – Urgench – Tashkent

 Itinerary

Day 1   Tashkent ( lunch, dinner)

Meet at the Tashkent airport, and transfer to the hotel for accommodation. After a short rest, accompanied by a local guide, Today, on an excursion to Tashkent. See Khasti-Imam Square and the famous Koran. Also, stroll through Chorsu Bazaar and Amir Temur Square. Lunch. The city tour in Tashkent also includes an excursion in the metro to Mustakilik station with stops at Alisher Navoi and Cosmonauts stations. The day in Tashkent will end with dinner a local restaurant.

Day 2    Samarkand (breakfast, lunch and dinner)

Breakfast. Transfer to the railway station for the speed train Afrosiyob to Samarkand at 08.00. Arrival at 10.10.  Sightseeing tour in Samarkand,  you will see Registan Square. Then, visit mausoleum Gur-Emir, see Bibi-Khanum mosque and Siab bazaar. Accommodation and rest in a hotel

We’ll have dinner at “Karimbek” restaurant to end the day, enjoying tasty kebabs. It’s a great way to wrap up our day in Samarkand!

Day 3   Samarkand (breakfast, lunch and dinner)

Breakfast. Breakfast. Today, visit the  ensemble Shakhi-Zinda necropolis with unique mausoleums, the Khoja Daniyar mausoleum.The Ulugbek observatory, with the remains of a giant sextant, which locates on Kuhak hill.   Lunch.  Free time . Dinner a local  restaurant.

Day 4   Depart to Bukhara, (breakfast, lunch and dinner)

After breakfast, depart to Bukhara. Visit to summer residence of Emir – “Sitorai-Mokhi-Khosa” (1911). Lunch.   Arriving in Bukhara, check into a hotel to rest. Later, explore old city streets. Have dinner at a teahouse near the pond on Lyabi-Khauz Square.

Day 5   Bukhara excursion ( breakfast, lunch and dinner with a master class)

Today, visit the Chashma-Ayub mausoleum and the Bolo-Khauz mosque. See the Samanid mausoleum and Ark fortress. Visit the Poi-Kalon ensemble and trading domes. Also, see Ulugbek and Abdullazizkhan madrasahs and Lyabi-Khauz ensemble. Visit a Bukhara synagogue. Your dinner will be at a local family’s home, where you’ll learn to make traditional Bukhara pilaf.

Day 6   Depart to Khiva through Kyzyl-Kum desert ( breakfast, lunch and dinner)

After breakfast, drive to Khiva. Enjoy the desert view on the way. In Khiva, stay at a hotel inside the Ichan Kala fortress. Explore this UNESCO heritage city. Dinner will be at Zarafshon / Mirzaboshi restaurant.

Day 7   Khiva ( breakfast, lunch and dinner)

After breakfast, tour the Ichan-Kala fortress. See Kalta-Minor minaret, Muhammad Amin-khan madrasah, and more. Visit the Juma Mosque and the Mahmud Pahlavan mausoleum. See Islam-Khoja minaret and other sites. Enjoy dinner and a folklore show.

Day 8  Khiva – Urgench – Tashkent, excursion in Tashkent

( breakfast, lunch and dinner)

After breakfast, fly from Urgench to Tashkent. Once there, we’ll take you to your hotel. Tour Tashkent in the afternoon. Visit Mustakillik Square, the Opera and Ballet Theatre, and more. Dinner will be at Sim-Sim restaurant.

 Day 9  Tashkent, breakfast

Have breakfast and then head to the airport. This marks the end of your journey.
